Installation

• TAMkin can be installed with pip：

  pip install numpy
  pip install tamkin
  pip install nose  # only needed to run unit tests
  

  you can also install TAMkin with conda:

  conda install -c molmod tamkin nose
  

• 测试安装：nosetests -v tamkin
